Turkey Guacamole Bagel Melt

Description: A bagel that has your average turkey sandwich components with a surprise of guacamole!

Difficulty: Easy
Time: Quick (≤4 min)

Ingredients:
- bagel (whatever kind your heart desires)
- two slices deli turkey
- handful of lettuce (I prefer the shredded kind)
- two to three slices of tomato
- one piece of provolone cheese
- guacamole (it's hiding at the sandwich counter, you have to ask for it)

Directions:
1. Gather your ingredients
2. Toast the bagel and get it nice and hot. It might need a second toasting
3. Place the cheese on one bagel half, and let it melt
4. On the other half, spread guacamole, then lettuce, then tomato, then turkey
5. Put the half with melted cheese on top of the other
6. Cut in half for easier eating and enjoy!

Lasagna Bagel Melt

Description: Ever wanted to know how to re-create the Bagelry's famous Lasagna Bagel?  Here's your answer.

Time: Moderate (≤9 min)

Ingredients:
- 1 Bagel
- Cream Cheese
- Marinara Sauce
- 2 Slices of Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Toast the bagel and spread cream cheese on both halves.  Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce on top of the cream cheese on both halves.  Place a slice of cheese on top of each half of the bagel, on top of the marinara sauce.  Give each half of the bagel to the Deli station and ask the staff to toast it.  The result will be two delicious open-faced bagel sandwiches.  Enjoy!

Vegetable Hummus Melt

Description: Vegetables, Hummus, Melted Cheese loaded on a toasted bagel

Time: Moderate (≤9 min)

Ingredients:
- One Bagel
- Hummus
- Vegetables: peppers, onions, tomatoes, carrots, or whatever you like
- 2 slices of cheese: your favorite kind

Directions:
1. Toast Bagel
2. At the sandwich/deli station, add two spoonfuls of hummus to each side of the bagel and smooth. 
3. Add tomato slice to each bagel half. Then add the remaining vegetables of your choice.
4.  Top vegetables and hummus with a slice of cheese.
5. Have the sandwich station worker put your creation through the oven to melt the cheese. 
6. Enjoy!

This can be done with Guacamole too! Use guacamole instead of hummus, add tomato slices, and cheese.***The guacamole is only behind the deli station on certain days when the daily sandwich has it.
