Best Salad

Description: Tasty salad, including pasta, veggies, and more!

Ingredients:
- Pasta
- Spinach
- Cherry tomatoes
- Scallions
- Feta
- Olive Oil

Directions:
Get your pasta and throw it in a bowl. Layer on some spinach and cherry tomatoes from the salad bar. Sprinkle on some feta. Toss some scallions on that (located in stir fry bar). Add olive oil, toss, and enjoy!

Peanut butter and Chocolate Waffle

Description: A waffle dessert!

Ingredients:
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate syrup
- Choclate chips
*Optional: Whip cream, strawberries, cinnamon, chopped bananas

Directions:
Make waffles according to directions at station, add chocolate chips. Spread with peanut butter, drizzle with chocolate syrup. Add additional desired toppings.

Improved Tuna Salad Sandwich

Description: It sounds strange, but hummus combined with flaked tuna is delicious--it's also packed with tons of healthy fiber and protein! Can try chicken instead.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 Tbs hummus
- 2-3 spoonfuls tuna or chicken
- Wheat bread
*Other suggested toppings: cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, onion, shredded carrots

Directions:
Mix hummus and flaked tuna from salad bar. Mix in small bowl. Spread onto bread slice, put on choice of toppings. Put into mouth and enjoy!

Directions:
Put all of your favorite things onto a tortilla and wrap it up.
Combo is the way.

Dining Hall Bruschetta

Description: Toasted bread, glazed in olive oil, garlic and oregano.  Topped with Tomato and melted cheese.

Ingredients:
- Bread of Choice (French Bread if they have it)
- Olive Oil
- Garlic and Oregano
- Tomato slice
- Cheese

Directions:
1) toast bread in toaster
2) glaze with olive oil
3) sprinkle seasoning
4) put on tomato slice
5) put on cheese
6) micro wave until cheese is melted

The seasonings are always by the pizza in every dining hall.

Lasagna Bagel Melt

Description: Ever wanted to know how to re-create the Bagelry's famous Lasagna Bagel?  Here's your answer.

Ingredients:
- 1 Bagel
- Cream Cheese
- Marinara Sauce
- 2 Slices of Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Toast the bagel and spread cream cheese on both halves.  Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce on top of the cream cheese on both halves.  Place a slice of cheese on top of each half of the bagel, on top of the marinara sauce.  Give each half of the bagel to the Deli station and ask the staff to toast it.  The result will be two delicious open-faced bagel sandwiches.  Enjoy!

Classic French Onion Soup

Description: The perfect way improvement for French Onion soup, it tastes just like the soup at Panera Bread.

Ingredients:
- 1 Slice of Rye Bread
- 1 Slice of Swiss Cheese from the Deli (Shredded cheddar from the salad bar may be substituted)
- French Onion Soup

Directions:
Toast rye bread and set aside.  Fill a soup bowl with French Onion Soup and place the cheese on top of the hot soup.  Then place the toasted bread on top of the cheese.  Voila!

Thanksgiving on a Sandwich

Description: For when you want a little Thanksgiving holiday pick-me-up.

Ingredients:
- Rotisserie chicken
- stuffing
- cranberry sauce
- lettuce
- tomato
- mayo
- wrap

Directions:
Take all ingredients except wrap and throw it into a wrap. Enjoy!
